Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
This policy exists because our products are research compounds — once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify it hasn’t been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored, and cannot resell or re-verify returned items to the same purity/quality standard reflected in the original Certificate of Analysis.
Before ordering: please review product descriptions, dosage/quantity options, and COA information carefully. Contact us with any questions before placing an order — we’re glad to help you confirm you’re ordering the right product and quantity.
Shipping
- Dispatch: orders ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment
- Delivery estimate: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Packaging: all orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging
- Risk of loss: transfers to the buyer once the order has shipped; we are not responsible for delays, loss, or issues caused by the carrier once an order is in transit
Order Issues
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos of the issue so we can look into it. This is the one situation where we’ll work with you directly — outside of this, the all-sales-final policy above applies.
